Water Resources Bureau administers the central management of rivers and handles the dredging of silted dumps during non-flood seasons. To effectively manage the transportation of dump trucks to the legally applied sites according to the dredging plan, scientific and technological methods are used to manage the verification of the arrival of dump trucks. The dump truck drivers use the App, and the platform collects GPS positioning data. On the GIS platform, electronic fences can be used to automatically determine whether the dump truck has been verified to the legally applied places, and it can display the real-time and historical driving trajectory of the dump truck on the dredging management GIS electronic map. When the dump truck does not perform its duty according to the dredging plan, the manager can immediately receive warning information and further check the real-time status, confirm the arrival information, and control the entry and exit.

Citizens can check the garbage cleaning routes, cleaning points, and real-time locations, and push notifications of arrival to avoid chasing the cleaning trucks. SkyEyes also provides managers with various management functions, which can quickly view the real-time dynamics and schedule management functions to improve vehicle management efficiency.
